○Shipping: Shipping fee depends on the country/area where the package is being delivered to.
○Wire Transfer: We ask all customers to pay for their own transaction fee upon making their
payment through wire transfer.
○Cash on Delivery: Handling fee for "Cash on Delivery" requires \315.

○Wire transfer: Make your payment after checking the total amount due, written in you order confirmation mail.
○Credit card/PayPal: At the end of your ordering process at our webshop, you will see a link on your last page. Follow the link to make your payment.
○Cash on Delivery: Please pay for your order when recieving your package.

Regulations Regarding Returns and Refunds

■For any refunds, defective items and exchanges, please contact

BEFORE SENDING IN YOUR PURCHASED ITEM.

In your mail, please include:

○Name
○Items you purchased
○Date of your purchase
○Reason for your exchange or refund.

【In any case, please contact our shop staff first BEFORE sending in your purchased item】

■For refunds of defective items, please let us know within 7 days of recieving your item.

We will exchange the item for a decent one of the same product, and we will pay for shipping
and handling. But for the exchange to take place, we need to confirm:
○Receipt of your purchase that was enclosed with your package.
○The item's merchandise tags must be on. If the product is altered badly
(such as price tags being taken off, having been washed, getting dirty, or having some smell that wasn't originally there) we won't be able to conduct the exchange.

■For non-defective item's refunds and exchanges:

As for daily goods (clothing, towels, etc...), we only carry out refunds and exchanges if the product has not been altered in anyway.

For refunds and exchanges, you need to:
○return your item. The item （especially clothing、consumable products）must be new.
○return your reciept that was enclosed with your package.
○enclose a note with your bank account information for refund.
○We take \350 for wire transfer's transaction fee (which will be subtracted from your refund money).
○We will ship the product by cash on delivery, so please pay for the shipping fee when you recieve the package for your exchanged item.

■Until the package arrives at our office, the resposibility for the returning package is on the customer. We advise you use shipping options with insurance.
The refund will be made within a week after the the package is recieved at our office. An e-mail will be sent to you after the refund has been made.
